Dear Residents and Families,

We had 2 additional staff member test positive today for Covid-19. We will continue with our exposure testing until we have 14 days with no additional COVID-19 positive cases. While we are in outbreak status, per MDH guidelines, mask usage is required for visitors and staff in all common areas of the facility. This includes the dining area. Visitors sitting or assisting residents in the dining and common areas should always maintain mask usage. A tutorial sheet is located at the entrance on how to safely wear your mask to cover your nose and mouth. Please do not visit if you are showing any signs or symptoms of COVID-19.
