Social Services
The Social Service Department is devoted to assisting residents and families through the admission, transfer and discharge procedures, making these processes as stress-free and pleasant as possible. The Social Service staff is also available to answer questions and offer assistance to all residents and family on a daily basis.
Resident And Family Councils
Resident and Family Councils provide residents and their families a united voice in contributing to care center policies, planned activities and legislative action. Individuals interested in participating can obtain additional information on meeting times and more through Guardian Angels Social Service staff.
Guardian Angels Health & Rehabilitation Center is a Medicare/Medicaid certified care center providing all levels of skilled care: short-term stays for rehabilitative care and long-term care. The Health Center also provides services and programs for special needs including respite care.
